MFA or MBA for Massive Career change to IB?

My undergraduate degree is in agriculture with very little business/finance focus. I took just one agricultural economics course and a lot of chemistry classes. Since I graduated in 2017 I have done well in my industry, and have a pretty cushy job. That being said, I've found this industry is not for me. I need something more between the ears. I've been studying for the GMAT with the intention of shooting for a top mba program. I should state that my current job is production focused. I have about 3 years of solid experience and a very bad GPA that increased considerably over-time. Assuming I can smash the GMAT should I shoot for a top MBA or top MFA degree with my background? Are MBA programs or MFA programs more difficult to get into? If an MFA would be better for me, what programs have the best west coast recruiting opportunities?

Thanks everyone!
