Military>MBA>Finance guidance

I'm about 1-1.5 years out from transiting out of the Army. I'm looking to find a CSP/Skillbridge internship at a bank/consulting firm in the next 6-12 months (I have no resources on this), apply to T15 MBA, and move into IB/Corp Strat/Consulting.

Stats

-Infantry Officer - ranger tab, airborne, platoon leader, XO, and a few training center rotations (no deployments), AER/OER(work evaluation) top percentage, total of 3.5 years Active before MBA starts Fall 24

-Finance and Supply Chain double major w/ 3.15 GPA from a 50-75 USNEWS undergrad (very much not a target)

-700 GMAT online and a 700 in-person (I don't see myself improving this due to time)

-As I said, I want to do a CSP in finance or consulting, I was hoping someone on here knows anything about finding programs which aren't listed on the Skillbridge website which just seems to be trucking/welding/police.

-What schools I should be targeting and what am I competitive for? I've seen on here and reddit that I could maybe get into M7 and others on here commenting that I should just focus on T20-T25. Should I apply to every M7, a few T15, and one T25 (I have free applications).

-What should I do volunteering wise/work wise over the next year that would help my profile? Volunteer at a veteran non profit, just keep plugging away as a XO, learn python, start a random business idk?

-Is it worth looking into veteran transiting programs at banks and just skipping the MBA? I honestly haven't looked at anything finance related in 3 years and I don't know if Im qualified at all.

Not yet.

In two weeks I'm going to start SFLTaps, hoping that will help. On my own research, Ive found;

Deloitte has a pretty established one, McKinsey has a new one (currently talking with someone who had a friend do it), and then I'm also looking at finding a generic finance internship through a family friend who's a MD.

Also I'm going to apply for Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Internship for the 3rd Cohort this year (applications close in June which is kinda late for me but its still an option).
