MSc Finance 2019/2020 Profile evaluation

Hello Everyone!! I am an Italian student just graduated from UK non-target uni in International Business and Finance. Currently applying for MSc in Finance. Here's my profile:

Graduation grade: First-Class Honours (4.0 Gpa) GMAT: 660 1 year Exchange program in Madrid Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish Internships: 1 big Fintech in Switzerland; 1 start-up in Italy; In March I will start a 3-month internship in Shanghai in wealth management.

Two days ago I applied for MSc Finance at EDHEC, MSc Finance at Cass, and MSc Finance at IE. Today, I just received an offer from EDHEC. In the next week, I'll send applications for MSc Finance & Accounting at Imperial; MSc Finance at ESADE; MiM at LBS.

Do you guys think I should take EDHEC's offer? Even though its MSc Finance is ranked 3rd by the FT it's strange that I got an offer two days after the application. They are telling me that I must pay the deposit in the next two weeks otherwise I'll be put in the waiting list. What should I do? I really want to wait for the outcomes of all the applications.
