MSc Finance for Private Equity?

Hey guys, I am currently studying economics at Sciences Po in Paris and I decided not to continue here for my master's, as it seems it is not that recognized in the field of Finance. Ideally I would like to start in either PE or IB in Paris, but I don't mind any other destination. Also I have been doing some parallel studies in mathematics (15 ECTS of Linear Algebra and 15 ECTS of Calculus). I am wondering what are the best B-Schools to reach out for in Europe?

I am currently at an exchange in Bocconi and I love it.

I am considering HEC, ESSEC, X, ESCP in France, LSE and Oxbridge in the UK, ofc Bocconi, St Gallen, am I missing any obvious unis in Europe?

Since you want to stay in France. The obvious would be HEC Paris Msc in International Finance. But it can be a smarter decision for the long term to choose LSE Msc Finance, so that if one day you decide to go abroad LSE will hold a bigger brand recognition than the other ones you mentioned.

Good list. Would add LBS to it. Maybe also take ESSEC off your list as the school isn't very finance-focused. Ecole Polytechnique is also not that strong outside of France and more quant-finance focused than IB/PE, so something good to keep in mind
