MSF Decision! Notre Dame MSF vs. UR MSF

I was recently admitted to Notre Dame MSF main campus and U of Rochester MSF. With a decent amount of scholarship, both programs will cost relatively the same so cost is not a factor. My goal is IB, but I know breaking in IB out of MSF programs is really hard (plus I am an international), so I am just aiming for any high finance/ consulting jobs in the northeast region (Boston, NYC) and then make the transition in the future

ND MSF program is relatively young (only 3 cohorts), small class size, and surprisingly very good placement (100%). ND obviously has a better brand name but its location concerns me. Also, I don't know if I will fit into the culture as it is described as not diverse and primarily Catholic. UR, on the other hand, locates in the northeast and the MSF program is pretty well-known #2 ranking on FT but not sure if it means anything. Class is huge and mostly made up of international students so I don't know if that 91% placement is in the US or internationally. When I asked for that geographical placement data, they said they cannot disclose it (sus).

Please help or comment anything you know about these two programs. I am trying to make the best decision for myself and my future. Any comment is greatly appreciated!
