NEED HELP W/ GMAT PREP TIMELINE

After having full-time IB recruiting not work out, I decided to apply for a master's in Finance at a top school (Vandy/MIT/Princeton/Georgetown/UT-Austin) to rebrand myself and have another shot at IB recruiting.

A bit about myself: I attend a state school, have a 3.58 GPA, and completed internships in boutique IBs and PE/searchfunds.

I did attend community college prior to my current school and had a 3.3 GPA So I figure my GMAT won’t get waived and I’d have to take the GMAT to better my chances of getting in. So I wanted to ask how I should best prep for the GMAT exam. I recently purchased the 3 Wiley books, and once they get here, I’ll start prepping.

This semester I’ll be taking only 9 credits, an economics research assistant role and interning part-time (remote) at a boutique IB. What do you guys suggest I do?

Looking forward to your responses, thank you!
