Non-Finance Experience at Multi-National Bank

I have been looking to break into high finance. Will doing a MSc in Finance (part-time) at LSE be worth it and allow me to change career?

Bit on my background: I have 2.5 years of experience and currently completing a graduate program. I work at a mult-national bank but my experience has only been in tech side in back and middle office. My bachelors was in a creative+tech field, so totally unrelated to finance. I have been studying for CFA in my free time to expand my knowledge in finance (I know it is not relevant when it comes to IB).

So in summary: Does me already having a brand of a big bank + doing MSc in finance in LSE worth it? Or is it a smart move to do it? Was thinking since I will not only have a relevant degree but also get a target school. Any insight or tips appreciated.
