Notre Dame MBA--Early Decision or Not

Hi All, I am getting ready to apply to business schools and am trying to decide whether I should apply to Notre Dame Early Decision, or apply Early Action to Duke or UNC. My ultimate goal is to work in restructuring or M&A, and I am not sure is ND has much of a presence in IB. I have seen a couple of threads regarding this topic, but all seem to be outdated.

Normally would not want to bind myself by submitting an application Early Decision, but my gmat score is very low, at a paltry 490. I took a prep course and prepared more for the test, but did not manage to get a higher score (I have never been great at multiple choice test taking). I have a decent undergraduate GPA, good work experience, solid letters of recommendations, and good essays, which I am hoping will help with my low GMAT score (I am resisting the word "offset").

Any thoughts on my situation, and how ND MBA stacks in the IB world? Thank you for your time and thoughts on the matter. I greatly appreciate it!
