NOVA SBE VS. IE Business School
I am trying to decide what Masters program to choose between an MiF at Nova or a MiM at IE with a focus on finance & banking. My goal is to work in the European Union and as I speak 4 languages would be rather comfortable living and working in Spain, France, Italy or Switzerland. As to my professional goals I would like to break into IB ideally in one of the aforementioned countries and I’m trying to weigh which program would give me better preparation and placement opportunities.
Nova’s MiF is more technical and focused, with a strong track record in finance roles, while IE’s MiM seems broader but benefits from a larger global alumni network and brand recognition. I’d appreciate any insight from people who’ve been through either program or have experience recruiting in IB across Southern/Western Europe. Particularly interested in hearing about IB placement strength, networking opportunities, and how either school is perceived by banks in those markets.
Thanks in advance!
