NYU MSRE in Today's Market

Hi everyone, was hoping I could get some guidance on whether or not to pursue an M.S. in Real Estate through NYU. I was just admitted straight out of undergrad, and the opportunity looks attractive considering the job market right now. I believe I have the financial resources to handle it, but I am a bit concerned about everything going on with COVID. I would either be starting (remotely) in the fall in order to save money on the commute, or deferring my acceptance to the spring at which point I could join on campus. Does anybody have thoughts about hopping into a program like this at this time? Thanks
