Placement Analyst: possible coming from a non-target university?

Dear WSO-community,

I am a 22 years old young student (female) working as a full-time Juinior PM in AM. Despite me having started with my bsc degree only a month ago, I am eager to start with an analyst programm as soon as possible. I truly wonder whether these asppects might be detrimental to my potential application to the Citi's IB, Placement Analyst position: 1. My full-time job as well as financial independence doesn't allow me full-time studies at one of the target schools. My current university is well-known in Switzerland but isn't as famous as HSG or UZH, unfortunately. 2. The biggest percentage of what I know of this industry as well as the general knowledge in IB I got from the books mainly. I started with Security Analysis and continued with more advanced books on DD, PE, VC etc. But I am afraid that my application might not necessarily show what I have learned for the past few years. 3. I know that I can handle a full-time job and studies at the same time but I believe that for many being in the beginning of getting a degree might indicate that I might be split between the univercity and the office which some can find disadvantageous for work progress. I would be very grateful for your advice :)
