~$200-250K cash all-in at Shore Capital / Alpine Investors (a % of equity is usually granted once they get assigned a C-Suite role). Only familiar with those two. The way one of my contacts at one of these firms described it as post MBA MBB comp with equity upside that could be worth a good chunk of money (6-7 figures) in ~5-10 years once the PE firm exits.
when you annualise the equity payoff (barring upside outliers) the pay is pretty strictly below mbb, no?
