Profile for BCG & McKinsey

Hi Guys,

I'm starting university in September. Bachelor in Business and Economy. My dream Job is working in BCG or McKinsey as a consultant. The selection Criteria for those 2 companies are very high therefore I have to start building a strong profile before finishing my bachelor in 3 years. My question is: How does the profile of a Junior Fellowship consultant in these firms look like. What is really important ? what makes the difference between an accepted Junior Fellowship and the rejected one. advice about how to get an internship there after my second Bachelor year would be also very appreciated.
