PSUs in FDSO Calculation
When calculating fully diluted shares outstanding, are performance stock units (PSUs) included? Is there a difference in the treatment of vested vs. non-vested PSUs? Haven't been able to find the answer to this anywhere - would really appreciate any insight. Thank you!

Believe the point of fully diluted is to include everything incl. non-vested shares.
