Realistic Expectations for Top Program

I'm wondering what expectations I should have for a top 7 MBA program

3.7gpa Bsc Finance (non target) BB wealth mgmt experience GMAT: 710

Thinking about trying for a CFA - would that improve my profile? Overall, is a m7 a realistic goal?

Thanks in advance

Just from the little info you gave, you are a borderline candidate. GMAT is right on the low side but fine assuming other areas of your profile are good. How many promotions have you had? How many years of WE? How good are your recommendations going to be? What is your "story", meaning how will you sell your experience and define your post grad goals? What is your involvement like in ECs and how many EC leadership positions have you had? How have you been a leader in your current role? Etc. All these things matter when talking about your chances, especially as a relative Borderline candidate.
