Short list of the top MSF programs in the US - need help

Guys, I'm trying to come up with the list of top 10 MSF programs in the US. Right now I have a list of 17 programs. Can you help me to eliminate the weakest among them? And if I missed some strong programs, let me know, please. The list: MIT, Princeton University, Vanderbilt University, Washington University in St. Louis, Boston College, University of Florida, Southern Methodist University, University of Texas – Austin, Tulane University, Villanova University, Baruch College, George Washington University, University of Maryland, Ohio State University, Purdue University, Syracuse University, University of Rochester.

Florida is closed to outside students.

MIT, Vanderbilt, wustl, Villanova, USC, BC, UTA, SMU, OSU, UIUC. Maybe UVA if you don't have an UG business degree.

Those programs have placements, a good rep and/or have been around a while.

If you have a geo focus the list might shift some, but that's about it. If you want to add MMS programs you could add Duke, Michigan, Northwestern, etc.
