Study Abroad or Stay on campus (rising soph)

Hi all, I’m a rising soph at a target. I’ve spent the entire year online, and am wondering if I should study abroad or stay on campus for the fall. I’m leaning towards study away because it seems like a one in a lifetime unique experience, but a little hesitant because I could also join more clubs and boost my resume on campus though to recruit for IB in the spring.

An upperclassmen though with an IB offer told me that clubs shouldn’t rlly be a part of my decision since they’ll always be here when I’m back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Study abroad. You will never have another chance to live in a different country with no job, no real responsibilities, and with the free time of a student. It's also a great talking point in interviews - during my last IB SA interview, the VP I was talking to did the exact same study abroad that I did and we spent at least half the interview talking about that.

Awesome, thanks so much! That makes so much sense, I’ll be sure to study abroad. I live relatively close to my college anyways lol, but have never been to Prague (where I’m studying abroad)!
