Target School but Low GPA

Apologies in advance if this question has been asked before.

I am a sophomore at a target school (Harvard/Yale/Princeton/Wharton/Stanford) and I am currently recruiting for IB. My GPA is 3.3 currently. I have decent previous internship experiences (PE & VC) and I am involved in many clubs on campus. I wanted to know if networking like crazy could makeup for my GPA. Is there any chance of getting the first round if my networking calls go well? Have there been people getting offers at top BBs/EBs with such a low GPA but with extra networking and very good interviews?

Would appreciate any feedback/insights/personal stories. Thanks
