Around 0%. Wharton has very few transfer spots and your numerical stats are well below the school's average. Not to be a jerk about it, I just don't think you should waste your time filling out an application when you may have better odds somewhere else.
I think you should look into raising your SAT score significantly. I'm talking like 2200+. Then you might have a shot at a public target (Berkeley, UCLA, UVA, ect.) and possibly some privates. The GPA range you gave is pretty big, but even if you have a 3.8, it's still on the lower end for schools of this caliber.
Overall, the work experience is great for a freshman but the numbers aren't. Your best bet is a public target.
3.5-3.8 is very different, just like how a 3.7-4.0 is different and a 3.2 vs a 3.5.. Your GPA better be on that 3.8
Garbage SAT, just by SAT alone you probably won't get even into a top 40 undergraduate
Leadership positions in clubs, everyone has those, unless they are truly significant, they won't really help you out. These type of positions are essentially a prerequisite.
What is your major and the average GPA at your school?
IBDsummer analyst, cool, that's great. That is the only one good part of your resume.
0 chance of getting into wharton, duke, cornell, columbia, georgetown.
retake the SAT and get above a 2100 and there is a better possibility of those opening up. Right now your SAT is so dreadfully low it doesn't even come close. You have to realize that transferring for these type of schools and not community college to state school pipelines is just as difficult as getting in from HS. Evaluate yourself from a HS perspective and you will see that no one will take you.
EDIT: Not only that, most transfer places are over.
@"Henry Kissinger" I just realized you took the new format of SAT (I read your score as a perfect 1600, I'm old haha). agree with other posters, GPA is fine (towards top end would be better), SAT is not. never fear, you're still young, just buckle down, score better, and try to transfer after a year.
The hardest thing about even being able to submit a transfer app to Wharton is the the classes you are required to have when you transfer. Unless you sat down your freshman year and said, "I want to transfer to Wharton", then planned the next two years of courses out so that you met the exact requirements, its probably not even a possibility. I would guess that the chance of you having taken all the courses is about the same as your chance of getting in as a transfer.
Just being honest. I am planning on transferring to a target, but I'm also entering undergrad KNOWING that I am going to transfer. That fact rules the entirety of my plans for the next two years. It also doesn't help that you don't appear to have a compelling story (or you just haven't shared it) and that is a big part of transferring to a school that that is inundated with identical applications.

Do you think I have a shot at Duke, Cornell, Columbia, or maybe Georgetown? Is Georgetown a target?

And because I'm not a total ass, this webpage lists off the courses you would have had to have taken: http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/apply/transfer-admission/wharton-school

Zero, if that.
Aim for Ross. But its a 3yr program so you will likely lose time.
