Transfer Student: The King’s College in NYC or ASU W.P. Carey?

I am currently attending a local community college and am deciding between The King’s College in NYC or Arizona State University W.P. Carey?
I understand both are considered non-targets. However, my question would be since TKC is located in New York City, how are my options or chances of breaking into IB (in terms of internships/location) compared to attending ASU W.P. Carey?
