UCSB v. UCI v. BYU West-Coast IB (SoCal, Bay Area)

Good evening helpful simians, 

I have an opportunity to go to both of these schools for Econ as a transfer. If all else fails than these are the two schools, I will most likely be attending for the next two-ish years out of CC. 

All things equal, which would you personally recommend for me to attend? I'm willing to convert to Mormonism if that helps.
