Undergrad Rutgers-Newark/NB vs Baruch

I'm hoping somebody can help me out here...

I fucked up my first year at a private and transferred over to Bergen Community College. I'm expecting to graduate with a 3.7 GPA. I'm set on getting my finance degree, but am having difficulty choosing between schools. I've narrowed it down to Rutgers (preferably Newark) or Baruch for my undergrad. They seem to have about as equal of a shitty rating on this forum, can anybody chime in? Unless of course anybody has any other suggestions.

I would greatly appreciate any of the help I can get.

Sidequestion: I have my NJ Real Estate sales license and have been practicing for a full year, I've done decently for someone my age. Will this be notable for internships/resumes/transfer apps?
