University of Toronto Co-op Management and International Business Course + Self-Time

I have been admitted to UofT Scarborough Campus for the MIB course. I am also an author (published my book this year).

People online say that UofT students undergraduate schedule is so grueling that they don't find time for themselves. They are also posts which say that the students there hardly catch 2 to 3 hours of sleep a day.

I was wondering how much of it is reality? I love business, and I enjoy studying. I equally enjoy writing. I wanted to know if I would have at least 3 to 4 hours a day to myself to focus on my extracurriculars (writing in my case). Or is this much of self time considered a luxury?

On an average how much time do UofT students spend studying, and how much time do they have to focus on extracurriculars and hobbies? Please let me know. Thank you very much.
