It is actually crazy how well UVA does in all markets. From dominating MM PE funds like Alpine Investors to taking NYC IB by storm regardless of McIntire or not. (Know a couple of psychology and global affairs majors at EBs and BBs) I’m astounded everyday that a state school like UVA has ivy level placement in any industry.

Also dominate across geographies in PE with a strong Charlotte/Atlanta and New York balance... all the way from LMM/MM in CLT up to MM/UMM/MF in New York. That's not even to mention the HF Tiger lineage with guys like John Griffin and Chris Shumway and undergrads have even gotten to take classes from these guys.

sorry UVA boosters but your school does not "dominate" in PE recruiting of any variety, least of all UMM/MF. Getting one or two seats isn't domination, it's scraps. A foot in the door. No, you are not H/W.
