USC Marshall vs McGill vs HEC Montreal

Good afternoon forum,

I'm new here and I wanted to ask you what do you think on the following schools in the Finance sector. I've been accepted as an undergraduate student at McGill, HEC Montreal and USC Marshall School of Business. I live in Montreal and the tuition for USC is not really a problem. I just want to know what school would give me an edge both academically and for reputation.

I think I would like USC because of the experience of living abroad (and for the weather!).

Thanks

I would tempted to say that McGill actually has a biggger brand than USC outside North America. But then again, if you want to work in the US then yes it makes more sense to study at USC.

Forget HEC Montreal, it is considered as the retarded cousin of HEC Paris and HEC Lausanne. Not even a joke. The trilingual program is cool but good luck finding a job outside of Quebec after graduation.

If you're from Montreal, your tuition at McGill would be 1.8K.. Just wondering if it would be worth it to spend much more money for an American education.

As someone who is from Asia and went to a school in the US and now is working in Asia. McGill has a decent name but nowhere close to USC. USC is very well known in China, India, Hong Kong etc etc.

So outside of Canada, McGill isn't rated that high? I look at standings and I see it top 5 in North America all the time ! I guess that in terms of experience I would be better in USC.
