Pathway to breaking into IB as an undergrad junior transfer at a target university?

Given that recruiting timelines are heavily accelerated, where BBs/EBs start recruiting at sophomore spring, would IB even be a realistic pathway for a junior transfer (incoming fall) at a target university? Would the only path be to delay graduation, or would the fall of junior year still be enough time to recruit for lower MM IBs?

If breaking into IB out of undergrad as a transfer isn't possible, would Big 4 FDD/TAS be a sufficient career choice to lateral into IB?
