Would this be seen as "cheap-earning" my major?

Hi. I'm currently a sophomore at UChicago, where I am majoring in economics for sure and possibly earning a stats minor. I took 3/4 of the core econ sequence classes over the past summer, and by the way my planned internship looks, I won't be able to start until mid-July. Therefore, I am thinking about taking econometrics over the summer. However, this got me thinking how taking all the main econ classes over the summer might be seen as "cheap-earning" my major. Summer econ core classes are only 5 weeks long and are supposedly easier compared to the regular year. When (and if) I apply to business school, might this be seen as milking the system when admissions sees my transcript. If this matters, I'm also graduating a year or two quarters early, depending on if I decide to pursue the stats minor.

I'm not an admissions officer or anything, but that looks fine to me. If you graduate early that'd be especially impressive (assuming you also keep up a very high GPA). However, why not do an internship over the summer? I think you'd be much better served doing an internship this summer instead of taking classes... otherwise you'll be pretty disadvantaged during recruiting next year.
