Akuna Junior Execution Trader

What level of math/statistics/probability knowledge is expected for a Junior Execution Trader role at Akuna or elsewhere? I see on the position description that it seems more to do with relationship management with brokers and OTC counterparties as opposed to market making itself, but the hiring process (math test, phone interview with trader) is the same. Are they also looking for the same quantitative background?
