Analyst in a group going under

AN1 placed in a group that was doing ok until all the senior traders left for buyside, and the business itself went tanking. I have good reviews but am pretty sure I will be the one being laid off if it comes.

What should I do in this case? Should I try internal transfer to a different desk / other banks? Who should I tell / not tell about my considerations? Any advice would be most appreciated.
