BB S&T? or Quant Firm Institutional S&T Internship?
Weighing the two right now, and would love to know how institutional S&T compares at a BB (MS/Citi/BofA) vs Sales at JS/Optiver/CitSec.
Would love to know in terms of exits, comp, and return rates especially. Worried specifically about conversion at BB to full-time (have heard it's been around 50-60% previously) while the quant firms seem to hire most of their interns, which would definitely be a major deciding factor.
