Blackrock Superday

I have a Superday coming up for BlackRock’s Global Capital Markets – Trading team, and I was hoping to get some insight from anyone who has been through the process or knows people who have.

  1. What are the interviews like? Are they mostly behavioral, technical, or a mix? Any specific technical topics I should be prepared for (markets, options, brainteasers, etc.)?
  2. How many interviewers are there, and what are their typical titles? Are they associates, VPs, directors, etc.?
  3. Any preparation recommendations? I’ve been reviewing market trends, technicals, and BlackRock’s recent moves, but any specific resources or topics to focus on would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hello!!

BlackRock Superday interviews mix behavior and technical questions about markets and trading. You’ll meet 3-5 people like associates and managers. Prepare by studying market basics, BlackRock news, and practicing clear answers. Good luck!
