BP Trader Development Program

Hey all. This program looks very interesting and I'm going to apply when the next cycle of recruiting comes out. Can anyone explain what they look for in applicants in regards to skills and experience as well as the interview process? Thanks.

Just went through the process for graduates. Starts with hireview (mine was 6 questions) all behavioral, think why energy, why BP, tell me about a time where… if you’re selected you will have a first round interview. Mine was a case study, pretty basic energy market stuff (hour and a half). Following there was an assessment day which was roughly 5 hours. 2 individual case studies, and one group case study which involves negotiation. Every portion was with an assessor. PM me if you want more info, the processes are slightly different depending on which track you apply for within the graduate program.
