Calling All Quant folks, need advice

So my twin sister is finishing up her PhD in a bio area but most of her skills are in stats/data science as that is what she did in most of her research, and she is very skilled in the area. But, like most PhD wiz kids, she is finishing up and doesn’t know exactly what she wants to do but doesn’t want to pursue anything else in the field of science and has been getting interested in finance the more I talk about it. Keep in mind, she is still young as she graduated high school well before me despite being the same age. I’m in IB so don’t know about the space much, but what would be some areas to best pursue given her background to where she would get looks, Trading, quant hfs, consulting?? Just trying to stir up some ideas to lead her down a path to read more about.
