Cash Equity Sales or ECM
Currently working in ER and looking to pivot either into cash equity sales or ECM in the long term. I'm not interested in exit oppertunities and rather want to become a career banker.
How is the view on cash equity sales in the long term, especially concerning career safety and long-term compensation (on average still higher than ER, right?)
