Citadel Securities QR Pay Progression
First year pay is just awesome, but how does progression compare to firms like Jane Street, Hudson River trading, Optiver, etc.
Impossible to find any reliable information on this. Obviously there is a lot of variance, but some places give you a larger cut of what you bring in, and some places have better tools that can assist you in having higher PNL.
How does Citadel Securities compare comp wise?
