CLO structuring -- quant v. qual skillset
Obv involves cash flow modelling, stress testing, etc. But also sounds like a lot of legal covenants and structural understanding, too. How would you characterize the level of mathematics as opposes to complicated legal reasoning involved. Is it more of a qualitative or quantitative role?
