Fixed Income Capital Markets Sales Compensation

Hey, I'm interning at a fixed income capital markets firm and saw one of the VP's profit sheets. I'm pretty sure it was for a day and it was a shitload of money. How much of that listed # actually goes into their pocket?

So far, the internship is great and I can see myself doing this in the future. In general, how much do VP, SVP, and MD's in sales make (base salary) and whats the avg bonus look like?

From what I've heard, starting salaries for first year-analysts are around the same for whatever division you're in (ib, sales, or trading). Is this true? And if so, how much do you think next year's salary will be?
