Glencore Commercial Graduate Program
Currently interviewing here and was wondering what compensation progressions looks like. I understand traders comp varies but what about before trading? It seems like people are oil risk managers, oil analytics, etc before eventually becoming traders (if at all). How long are people in these positions and how does compensation look like (in NYC for oil)?
Heard low comp and bad career opp.
By bad career opp, do you mean like low prob to become a trader?
Also, I do have offers in a few risk taking roles in power/ options market making if that helps.
When did you apply and recived interview mail?what all rounds bave you completed?
first rounds are out
