I spoke to someone I know in HCM and sds will continue to trickle out Monday and Tuesday. The process is just a little weird this year because of covid and all. Don’t stress. Take the weekend. And we will all see what happens next week (:

Ya for reference I go to a target school, good gpa, killed the hirevue, talked to the people who watched my hirevue who voted for me to get an sd, and had a gs partner flag my app to hcm and I haven’t recurved a sd invite yet. I know this process is super stressful and it’s super hard to turn your brain off and just relax, but it’s what you need to be doing at this point. Don’t waste your energy worrying about whether or not you get a sd, save it for the grind when you do get one, or the grind when you don’t and you have to pursue other firms. (:

Okay so I’m not gonna make shit up and tell you I’m entirely sure. I think depending on how many alum from your school/whether or not it’s a target etc your school alum will review and probably some people in hcm and maybe some alums from other schools. Don’t know how many people total. But here’s the good news: none of that really matters cause we all already submitted the hirevues, likely everyone who’s going to watch your video has already done so, now we just have to wait and see what happens next week. But seriously get off wso, do something for yourself, whether that be listening to music, a glass of wine, watching the next episode of billions (that’s what I’m doing), and just treat yourself because I’m sure I’m not the only one who spends all day everyday during the week busting my ass on figuring out next summer!! You deserve it.
