Goldman Sachs S&T Desks Ranked (or just give color on any you know)

I know its hard and a subjective question, so ill take any insight about any groups. Looking to know which desks have highest return offer rates as well.

Heard I should stay away from the sales desks and super quantitative ones because of the types already bred for it.

Options trading desks will generally have the best hedge fund exits. GS is strong across asset classes, so any of these vol desks will be great, it really just depends what you're interested in and if you mesh well with the team. Will emphasize, however, these desks will usually attract the top interns and will likely have the highest standards for a return offer. Teams like delta one, most of rates, and HY/distressed credit desk analysts also tend to have good exit opps, but have heard the culture on the distressed credit floor at GS is extremely old school. If you aren't as concerned about exits and moreso want to maximize your chances of a return, I would pick some sales desks and some less popular trading desks for your rotations.
