Best Response

Not really a typical hirevue, structured to be 50% basic quantitative skills and 50% your run of the mill hirevue (what would you do if youre staffed on too many projects sort of thing). You go back and forth between analyzing pitch books for very basic info and filling out surveys that mimic the hirevues offered by Citi and the rest of the BBs.

I too would like to know the structure of this "job simulation". I can't tell if it's going to be a self recorded video, or a mathematical/analytical assessment, similar to the first step of the HSBC process.

You get a shortened pitchbook where you have to analyze it and do basic mathematics. Any finance major should have no trouble, I was told I did well on it with zero prep and as an accounting major. You also have to rank scenarios and how you would respond, like a more typical hirevue, such as what UBS and CS offer (if I recall correctly).
