regardless of products (but based on my own experience under Equity divison at tier 1 bank), it should be: automation (Python/VBA), pnl calculation, daily market color/recap/summary (sent internally or to clients), presentation deck, and plus a long-term project assigned to you (can be research oriented and not related to desk daily activities)
