Anyone have any thoughts on Jefferies’ Fixed Income S&T? How does it stack up against other banks? Any insight on which desks are best? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Following
the head of the rates desk is a big risk taker and pretty famous on the street...should be a great place to learn...and a few guys on that desk party like rock stars (used to be part owner of a club too)
Very poor place to start your career tbh, have heard bad things about the group. Would advise looking into other banks
