market-neutral prop shop - what's your view?

What do you guys think of market-neutral prop shops such as Optiver / Flow Traders? Are they good place to learn about trading or do people there mostly monitor algos & don't develop much of a view?

But all things considered, I suppose working as a trader in Amsterdam does have its perks.

If you work at Optiver, it means that you mostly trade vol. They do delta plays but its just high frequency stuff. If you want a longer term play on deltas, you shouldn't be looking at sell side at all.
