Master degree for a grain trader

Currently I'm a grain trader in a boutique grain trading company in Eastern Europe. I've been trading grain for almost 2 years and now I'd like to step up and work for the big dogs of this industry, e.g., ABDC. I'd be more than grateful if could let me know what is the most efficient way to achieve this. I thought that since I'm young enough (25 yrs) and I have only BSc in Economics it would be logical to earn more specialized master degree, e.g., in commodity trading or agricultural economics and afterwards join big international agri trading house. If you know good schools that have such programs, please let me know about them and in overall I’d appreciate your opinions about such my plan.

Cass Business School in LDN has a program in trade, shipping and finance. I know they place a lot of people in bulk commodity trading houses / shipowining companies. My friend -an iron ore trader w/ Stemcor- did his master's there.

You reallllllly don't need a masters degree to be a commodities trader. I'd say take your bachelors and get to work at a commodities trading firm.
