Morgan Stanley 2026 Institutional Equity Summer Analyst

I interviewed for the Morgan Stanley 2026 Institutional Equity Summer Analyst about a month ago and I have not heard back. I was giving up hope because some people were receiving offers but they also told me that their interviewer told them that they were the first round of superdays. Also, the only people who have received offers have been women student athletes. I'm not sure if thats a coincidence. Does anyone know if I'm cooked?

Don’t think you’re cooked, but saw a white guy from Kelley post an offer for them yesterday, so I don’t think it’s all women. And MS has a bit of a type for student-athletes lol

I had a spd and one of them was from Kelley. I know at least 3 people that get offers and they’re all from Kelley, seems like a good place to be. What’s the guy’s name?

Hey, I just recently applied and I heard they may have more rounds of spd. Its def a long shot for me but do you mind if I ask how your interview experience was like? # of rounds and types of questions?
