Morgan Stanley Super Day

I have a super day for ms s&t next thursday.. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through a s&t super day or a ms superday. my super day is specifically for fixed income s&t. the recruiter asked me if i knew what group i would be interested in, and i told her i had spoken to someone on the distressed debt desk and thought it was really interesting. what types of questions should i expect? i've already gotten an offer from SEO but Morgan Stanley is my top choice for firms, so i figured i might have a better shot at getting an offer directly from them than a 1/10 chance of being placed there through seo..

any advice would be greatlyyyyy appreciated. thanks!

know what the interior angle between the hour and and second hand is for 3:15 and 9:45

Also know how to do percentage calculations in your head. The traders at MS love asking questions like what is 7% of 70 and 6% of 60.

Other than that, know your fixed income material...you'll be likely to get questions like what happens to bond prices when interest rates rise...etc

hope this helps.

Is this when everyone's superday is? My first round isn't until tommorrow lol.

It's barely October, the school year just started. You already have a final-round interview?

I believe most superdays are just finishing up? Could be wrong but I think most of the hiring for FT has already taken place.

I must be misinformed.

Basically, you guys are saying you are going through the OCR process from the beginning of the school year to now? That's kind of 'Fast and Furious'.
