Optiver Final Round

Hello,

Would really appreciate anyone who currently works as a trader at Optiver or has done the final round in its interview process to DM me, have a couple questions. I ask because there seem to be so few resources out there for quant trading prep :(. I have my final round soon and want to be as prepared as I can. I heard its kind of like the OA but extended, so lots of mental math, probability, betting games, etc. Are there any fermi questions? How can I best prep? Play poker and grind speed math?

Also, do you happen to know final round to offer conversion rate? Do they let tons of people into the final round and then cut them from there, or do I have a pretty good chance of getting an offer as long as I don't really screw up? I've heard the OA is one of the hardest in the industry (apart from like JS's obviously), and quite a few people get cut out from there, and then phone, so I assume my chances are decent, and not like getting invited for a Google final (low conversion rate for final -> offer)?

Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!

I am based in Europe so it might be different for you. A mate from my study did the last round and he said it was similar to the the previous two technical interviews with a twist. This time he had to play market making games against other interviewees. I think they based the market making on different fermi and probability problems.

Do you know about the quant interview Google drive?
