Physical Trading Outside EU/US

Hi all, looking for some advice on possible career paths in physical trading/commodities shops in APAC. I'm specifically interested in ops roles, and might even be interested in ops long-term, but from what I've seen most opportunities in any capacity are in EU/US, which isn't an option right now due to visa constraints. Should I be looking at Singapore (would be possible to get visa, but might be difficult)? I'll definitely be looking into Glencore's oil rotation and Trafigura's program, but wanted to see if there were more options given how competitive the programs are. I'd be willing to relocate to EMs, but can't seem to find much info on any structured roles.
