Pivot - Next Move

Currently in a structured finance group at BB. Starting to look for next opportunity. Credit desk is looking for an entry level analyst, while this is a lateral move may further open doors by gaining transferable skills. Also have the opportunity to move up to a Sr. Financial Analyst role in what is more of a consulting role. Is it better to align long term goals by taking the step back/sideways or get the Sr. title? Which opportunity seems stronger? Are both worth interviewing for? Career trajectory, comp, b-school, etc.
Thanks
